    Title:

    TPGS is seeking an Intelligence Community Collaboration Instructor to join a professional cadre of Geospatial Instructors:-Deliver in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements.
    -Use instructional methods such as, guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories.
    -Use Instructional technology, including but not limited to Blackboard.
    -Conduct assessment strategy in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, and grading.
    -Provide formal and informal student feedback.
    -Provide subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff.

    Relevant instructional experience includes, but is not limited to, experience developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations.

    Required Skills and Education:
    -Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
    -Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a trainer/instructor for class sizes up to 20 personnel and possess a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience.
    -Knowledge of Intelligence Community reports and the proper way of writing reports.
    -Experience using Intelligence Community tools, promoting collaborative behaviors and mitigating barriers with structured processes and best practices.
    -Proven working knowledge of the principles of learning styles, student feedback, and immediacy behaviors affect student satisfaction.
    -Working knowledge of multiple communication strategies and student-center environment.
    -Proven working knowledge of agencies within the IC and the Department of Defense (DoD).
    -Proven working knowledge of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED).
    -Proven excellent writing and briefing skills including command of grammar and business communications style, i.e. the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
    -Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) as well as knowledge in the development and implementation of course materials, and how to make those course materials ISD compliant.
    -Proven experience with MS Office and associated software tools, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    -Experience in creating presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for demonstration purposes.
    -Experience with the testing, development of curriculum, creating presentation and briefings, and evaluation of new equipment/systems.
    -Experience with training in a military or Intelligence Community environment

    Work Requirements: TPGS has an immediate need for a TEMP GEOINT Analyst to support AFGPC in Dayton, Ohio and NGA's Source Foundation GEOINT Group (SFG). The NGA Office of Geography (SFG) provides integrated geographic data, products, and services with a focus on high priority regions of the world in support of AFGPC mission sets, the warfighter, and the national security objectives of the US Government. The vision is to enable NGAs Foundation GEOINT mission and support AFGPC through an integrated enterprise of human geography, political geography, and topographic content. These positions provide direct support to Imagery and Geospatial analysts in meeting extensive and time-sensitive analytic requirements that can have significant impact on national security. 
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Extract specific feature data IAW NGA Feature Data Specifications, NGA/PC Specific Guidance, and other NGA Data or Production Specifications to include the NSFG Feature Data Dictionary (NFDD) and Topographic Data Store (TDS) schema, NGA Project Specific Guidance, other NGA Data and U.S. Military Feature Data Specifications Ground Warfighter Geospatial Data Model (GGDM) and Products, and TGDM.
    • Perform cartographic finishing of Joint Operations Graphic Aero (JOGA) and Topographic Map (TM) charts to NGA Digital Product Specification (DPS) standards and customer requirements.
    • Manage a geospatial database.
    • Interpret, extract, and attribute features from commercial and NTM imagery
    • Apply cartographic rules and conventions for symbology, color theory, map compilation, and text placement.
    • Perform QA/QC functions and correct data call errors.
    • Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations.
    • Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing.
    Required Skills and Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience 
    • Cartographic finishing, feature extraction, and data content management related experience required.
    • Knowledge of CIB1, TLMs, MGCP products, MDG, DTED, SRTM, in boundary recovery processes.
    • Knowledge of feature data extraction; attribution process and cartographic finishing techniques.
    • Proficient in ArcGIS, SOCET, RemoteView, or comparable ELT software.
    • Superior knowledge of geospatial database content management.
    • Experience with FME, ESRI extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools, or similar software extensions.
    • Experience with GAIT, ArcGIS Data ReViewer, or comparable geospatial data inspection software.
    • Superior knowledge on intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information.
    • Superior knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries.
    • Proven ability to develop production schedules and deliver customer requirements on-time or ahead of schedule and proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Experience in combining digital cartography, computer technology, GIS, cartographic and geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, photogrammetry, and digital data formats.
    • Experience working with geospatial data in a multi-user enterprise environment.
    • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience using data mining tools; open source research methods; understanding of military capabilities weapon systems; application engineering, system administration, or software configuration of industry standard geospatial analysis and production software; experience with Oracle Spatial or ArcSDE. 
    • Knowledge of python scripting to streamline and automate routine production processes.

    Position Summary:· Records Preservation Support Specialist to provide expertise in the Information Management Services and Records Preservation Division.
    · Standard core hours of operation are 0600 – 1630 hours Monday – Friday. Full-time position 40 hours a week.
    · The candidate must have a working and practical knowledge of job area of the customer organizations information management governance process and issues that impact record keeping systems, metadata, records retention and disposition, vital records, classification and control markings, etc., to avoid delays in program schedules.
    · Candidate is expected to be involved in continuous learning and maintain current on technical job knowledge through attending courses and understanding the history of preserving specific classified documentation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Typical duties of a Records Preservation Support Technician include but are not limited to the following, experience with these responsibilities is highly desired:
    · Support the full scope of records collection, preservation, and management activities of the customer's records regardless of the media type to achieve operational targets that directly impacts the Customer's requirements.
    · Requires knowledge of job area to ensure that records management and classification policies are in place for the Customer.
    · Responsible for conducting inventories of inactive records collections to recommend the appropriate direction for the Customers Records Control Schedule (RCS).
    · Determine temporary records and permanent records to improve management effectiveness. Identify and dispose of non-record material and records exceeding their retention in accordance with federal policy and procedures.
    · Works independently to conduct preservation activities on records of permanent and Customer-designated historic value.
    · Responsible for retiring inactive permanent and temporary records to the Customer's records center.
    · Enter all metadata for retired records in the Customer's automated systems.
    · Work on projects independently making appropriate enhancements in coordination with the Records Preservation Lead and the Records Preservation Specialist.
    · Works to achieve operational targets within job area with direct impact on department results. Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/ assignments. Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
    · Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
    · Requires practical knowledge of job area.
    · Problems and issues faced are general, and may require understanding of a broader set of issues but typically are not complex. Problems may require understanding of other job areas. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue.

    Position Qualifications:
    · U.S. Citizenship is required as this position needs an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with polygraph from day one
    · Must be highly goal and detailed oriented, with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently under pressure
    · Ability to communicate effectively with various management levels, processes problem solving skills and the ability to be proactive to delivering high quality services to all stake holders.
    · Exceptional Interpersonal skills
    · Demonstrated ability to provide high level work that involves obtaining and/or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to team members.
