TPGS was recently awarded a SEAPORT-E contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and will provide Engineering, Technical and Programmatic Support Services to the Virtual Systems Command and SSP offices in 2 geographical Zones (Zone #2 National Capital, Zone #4 Gulf Coast) under the SEAPORT Enhanced Multiple Award Contract. TPGS, in response to task orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps, provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices, as well as provide professional support services to the overall Navy and Marine Corps organizations.


TPGS will provide services in the following functional areas:

  • Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support
  • System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support
  • Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
  • Human Factors, Performance, and Usability Engineering Support
  • Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) Support
  • Training Support
  • Program Support
  • Functional and Administrative Support


SEAPORT-E Features:

  • Five year base and two five year Award Terms – Total of 15 year period of performance
  • Task Orders that involve Service Contract Act provisions must limit that effort to five years
  • Rolling Admissions clause to add primes
  • Cost and Fixed Price Task Orders permitted
  • No Time and Material Task Orders allowed
