Meet Dalfa Sell, TPGS Contracts Administrator

Meet Dalfa Sell, Contracts Administrator Working at TPGS

When did you start working at TPGS?

May 31, 2016.

Brief summary of skills and/or specialties:

I manage all government contracts for TPGS. I specialize in government contracting, accounts receivable, Federal Travel Regulations and requirements, along with government invoicing.

What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?

I was a high school basketball star. Another interesting fact is that as a child I used to climb and picnic on the pyramids in Giza.

What is your best work memory?

The day I found out I have fellow Miami Dolphins fans in the office and we can talk football.

Was there a time when you really connected with a candidate or client and made a difference?

Over the past few months, I have worked closely with several clients and assisted them in resolving contractual questions and issues in a timely manner. They really appreciated me going above and beyond that now they email me just to say “Hi.”

What makes TPGS different from any company you’ve ever worked for?

The people and the sense of family. For the first time in my career, I do not feel like a number. I feel like a person that contributes to the company’s success. I also feel that my input matters and makes a difference to our success.

What core value do you relate to most, and why?

I love all the core values we live by. The one I can truly relate to is “Make a Contribution.” As the Contracts Administrator for TPGS, I bring a lot of government contracting experience with me. Using that experience, I continued to put processes and procedures in place and streamline our internal controls for our billing and contracts. I also provide a lot of support to our recruiters and project managers in terms of understanding and navigating the government contracting requirements.
